HAPPY NEW YEAR , 2014!



Incetul cu incetul, putem realiza ceea ce ne place, nu? Trebuie doar sa incercam.
Eu m-am jucat cu culorile, cu creionul... imaginand o vesnica primavara sau vara in casuta mea :)

M-am nascut primavara, la mijlocul lui martie, o luna tare frumoasa ! 
Desi in anul in care veneam eu pe lume (alte vremuri , ehehee!) era zapada pana la genunchi, nu parea ca primavara sa arate ca se trezeste... 

Natura renaste si ne arata ce are mai 
frumos :)

Imi place mult acest anotimp ! 

Imi plac florile , imi place natura cea frumoasa !

Flower festival ... 

This year , 2013, was an year when my observations in nature was very special... And I took the courage to paint my walls in beautiful images. And I was very glad I did it! 
And I did some "giga" of beautiful pictures :)
I love it, all my albums! Flowers, landscapes, my kids , buildings (I like their details), animals. People not really, because I don't like to took picture to strange people... But their neighborhood, their animals of flowers, yes :)

Cu Ghinea Emanuela - 8 ani
Prima piesa de teatru a unor copii minunati, copii care au pasit pentru prima data pe scena Teatrului din Resita si au reusit sa ne transmita din plin emotia si magia teatrului. Si am mai ras !!!
Spectacol realizat cu ajutorul actritelor Ana-Maria Cizler si Camelia Ghinea, care s-au ocupat cu mult drag de copilasii nostri :)

14 minutes de relaxation... Pensez à "rien" et écouter

Pensez à "rien" et écouter

Aujourd'hui, je me sentais comme écouter de la français ... Vous?
Magnifique!
Totul a plecat de la acest articol  (Ete dans le village roumain) , pe care incepusem sa il citesc in gand, pe "limba lui"... Apoi am zarit pe blogul meu acest link, la clipurile video de sus de tot. Stiti clipuri pe care mi le ofera blogger, dupa cum doreste :)
"Cineva" mi-a indrumat mouse-ul catre el, sa il ascult. Minunat! O vorba asa de linistita, moale si cu un inteles  mai profund decat il simtim noi... Va invit sa va relaxati... E o lume nebuna in jurul nostru, macar un sfert de ora sa ne facem timp sa ascultam de vocea interioara!
           Poate dupa ce ati ascultat si v-ati relaxat, puteti trece si la treaba, plini de energie. Cea interioara, activata la maximum. Ca avem nevoie din plin. Cu un pic de chef si un pic de muzica :

Au revoir et à bientôt ... Peut-être que la prochaine fois je peux écrire plus d'inspiration en français aussi. Je vais lire "Petit dejeuner chez Tiffany" (j'ai la dans ma bibliothèque)  et peut-être je me souviens plus ....
Relax... Relaxati-va... Rexation...

MUZICA + Cornulete, covrigei...

Să aveti spor în toate!

Neaţa'! Ce mai faceţi? Încercăm să le trecem pe toate... Cu bune şi rele :) Şi mai meşterim câte ceva. Astăzi facem ceva bun.
Se întâmplă să aveti pe acasă resturi de brânzeturi şi de smântână? Atunci folosiţi-le la prepararea covrigeilor... 

Nimic mai simplu:
Brânza sărată sau caşcavalul şi alte brânzeturi, rase pe răzătoarea mică se amestecă cu faină.  Se freacă între palme, mărunţind cât de bine se poate brânza. Dacă nu e "spartă" bine, când se coace arată interesant.
Poate aveti urdă sau feta... Puteţi pune şi urdă sau branză dulce. Nu se supără între ele :) Poate ca erau în total 300-400 grame de brânzeturi. Făina, cam jumătate de kilogram. După nevoie... Eu am pachetele de câte un kilogram (cumpar en-gros câte 10 kg de făină 650 "legate" căci îmi trebuie pentru pâine) şi iau din pachet, după cum am nevoie, la orice folosesc. Nu mai cântăresc de mult timp ingredientele din pâine sau prăjituri.
Branză, smântână si faină. Incă ceva: puneti putin bicarbonat de sodiu, un "vârf" bun de cuţit... Le ajută ca să fie pufoase.
După ce aţi amestecat aceste ingrediente, adăugati smântâna (egală cu cantitatea de brânză, adică cca. 300 ml de  smântâna groasă) şi încă putin lichid, după nevoie, dacă trebuie. Ca exemplu: lapte, apa etc. Eu aveam pe acasă un rest de bere. Nu prea beau bere şi nici nu aveam ce face cu ea... Dar pentru a o folosi la cornuleţe/covrigi a fost numai bună. Când am pus-o peste amestecul de dinainte a făcut o spumă tare faină :)
Şi pe-o parte, şi pe alta, poate şi pe mijloc câteva... Adică câte intră ăn tavă...
Apoi , munca de frământat, amestecat... A ieşit un aluat nici moale , nici tare. Frumos !
Dupa aceea , ştiţi urmarea: ca să faci cornuleţele iei o bucăţică de aluat şi o întinzi în cerc pe planşetă, aluatul nu foarte gros, nici prea subţire... Cativa mm. Il tai pe diagonala în 8 bucăţi şi rulezi 8 cornuleţe. Le aranjezi frumos în tavă, îndoindu-le putin. De estetica, doar. Nu e musai. Se pot si unge cu ou bătut. Eu am uitat. Merge şi fără ou. Mai ales ca nici aluatul nu conţine ouă.
Mi-au ieşit două tăvi de cornuleţe şi una de covrigei. Pufoase şi gustoase! 
Ţinând cont că nu au necesitat cine ştie ce "ingrediente magice", a ieşit cu bine ... Doar puţină munca şi timp.
Cum faci covrigeii? Răsucind între degete o bucată de aluat, pe planşetă, până se subtiază frumos. Apoi îi dai forma bine cunoscută... Astea din tavă le-a făcut Ema, care a venit între timp de la plimbare. Deşi are doar 8 ani, e de mare ajutor la bucătărie.
La rând... Unul după altul. "Frati" mai mici sau mai mari :)









Dupa o vreme au dispărut din ele... Nu-i bai. Că doar pentru asta au fost făcute :)

Clopotei... Bells...

Clopoteii albi si pufosi...

Ieri am inceput sa "ma joc" cu ata alba si cu acul de crosetat... A  iesit  ceea ce vedeti in continuare... Va invit sa ascultati si muzica, ca de obicei , pana priviti fotografiile :) 

Yesterday I started to play "the crafts" , a hobby which bring me so much relaxation :)
I made some white lovely bells... 
I hope you like them too. I will make a lot until Christmas...

Jingle Bells este un foarte vechi colind de Crăciun. A fost scrisă de James Lord Pierpont (1822–1893) și publicată sub titlul "One Horse Open Sleigh" îm toamna anului 1857.

The original song





It is an unsettled question where and when James Lord Pierpont originally composed the song that would become known as "Jingle Bells". A plaque at 19 High Street in the center of Medford Square in Medford, Massachusettscommemorates the "birthplace" of "Jingle Bells", and claims that Pierpont wrote the song there in 1850, at what was then the Simpson Tavern. According to the Medford Historical Society, the song was inspired by the town's popular sleigh races during the 19th century.



"Jingle Bells" was originally copyrighted with the name "One Horse Open Sleigh" on September 16, 1857.[5] It was reprinted in 1859 with the revised title of "Jingle Bells, or the One Horse Open Sleigh". The song has since passed into public domain.










 

Si aceasta e povestea lor, a clopoteilor crosetati... Stiti unde ma gasiti,  daca doriti si voi, in orice forma, marime sau culoare... 

Poate vreti "pe" bleu , sau pe roz deschis?
